For the love of God, do not put random shit on your face and stop listening to people who have no clue what they’re talking about. Your skin is in trauma. The only things you should be putting on it right now are cold compresses, Cicaplast, or CeraVe cream. No oils, no scrubs, no DIY hacks. No fragrance, no actives. That’s it. Keep it simple, keep it clean, and wear SPF every single day from now on.

A&E for sunburn … what magic powers do A&E have to take the sunburn away… after you’ve waited 10hours to be seen, because real emergencies are arriving. Pain relief and cold flannel until you see your GP/Nurse who will probably give you a cream to help heal it… This is not life threatening

The fluid is probably the creams you’ve used. I had the same thing happen and my forehead went hugeeee. Drink loads of water, cold shoes or dip your face in cold water, aloe Vera gel or a simple moisturiser, take ibuprofen, don’t pick at it let it peel naturally, if it starts to go yellow or anything then deffo go to AnE 💖

This happened to me . It will peel by itself in a few days and your skin will be so fresh don’t worry .its not great and right now hurts but it will be ok just don’t feel until it’s ready . You’ll know when it’s ready
