I thought I was in early labor for a few days then I had one bad contraction that I could barely talk through. It’s been 2 or three days & I’ve had nothing since that contraction 😩

I watched all your vids to prepare and know what was coming but baby came early and I didn’t even know I was in labor for about 5 hrs! Got to the hospital I was 5.5 cm dilated! I’m still glad I found you because it calmed my nerves watching your vids 😊

How can we support during labor? Obviously being supportive and doing everything she needs us to. But is there anything we can actually do to help? Other than just giving words of encouragement? You’ve explained what the stages are and what it does which is amazing, but surely there’s other things us men can actually do to REALLY support her? How can we correctly prepare ourselves for the push phase? Is being educated and being there for her emotionally/physically enough? Thanks for the video!

Very important to add also the part where you have birth the placenta. Honestly I did not know this initially, men probably don’t also.

I highly recommend Bradley method classes! They can be kinda crunchy, but it is such a thorough education and really teaches the partners how to be a coach and advocate!
