This is such a big fear of mine. With no family I would wake up alone, my kids with strangers.. I hope you are doing better, truly I do. So very scary to go thru. ❤️🩹

my mom use to hate how unaware they were of subtle things its understandable cuz you've got lots on your mind at once its hard to miss the simple signing you did as they had to check a bunch 😭

People don't realize how horrible this is. It was torture for me All 3 times 5 including after 2 of my back surgeries having to put it back in after my lungs weren't strong enough.

reading all theses comments breaks my heart knowing so many of you have gone through this situation. i couldn’t even imagine what it would be like to be in a coma. im so thankful for being able to walk, talk and breathe on my own and i will never take that for granted again
