After living in both ends of the city and growing up in the suburbs, the east end is far superior than the west end. The west end may have better restaurants, but the east end is way better to raise a family. Shout out the the beaches! The west end lacks a large sense of community

Very accurate in Calgary too, where the NW and SW are more expensive. Winnipeg might divide N/S, but I’m pretty sure the more expensive areas are all west of the centre of the city (tuxedo, Wellington Cres, other nice neighbourhoods I don’t know the name of)

Saskatoon - Eastside is way more expensive then the Westside. Regina - Eastend is more expensive then the Westend (which is mostly undeveloped cause no one wants the Westend. 🎤 drop.
