As a teacher, never enforced dress code. I have been told that principals were concerned we weren’t enforcing dress code, and I said I was concerned that we were sexualizing children 🤷♀️

As a teacher, dress codes are absurd. I will not dress code kids. Did they come to school to learn? Yes? Cool! I might suggest not wearing it next time because someone else might dress code them, but that’s as far as I ever go.

See my first reaction would be, “I’m uncomfortable with the fact that this adult male teacher was looking at my underage daughter so intently he was distracted from doing his job. I’ll be reporting this to the police. My daughter is no longer safe in your school.”
