This bra feels incredibly supportive thanks to its built in padding and thick, sturdy straps. The T strap in the back isn’t just a cute design feature, it actually helps bring posture awareness, which I really appreciate during my workouts. Whether you’re lifting, stretching, running, or walking around town, this bra holds everything in place and still looks flattering. 10/10 truly one of my favorites from Alo 🤍 Now onto the Match Point Shorts. These are Alo’s version of a flowy running short, and while they’re super cute and come with pockets (which is rare for Alo), they didn’t quite hold up to high intensity use. I usually run in compression shorts because I love the snug fit and how pockets stay tight to the body and unfortunately, these shorts didn’t pass the jump or run test. The minute I started moving, my phone began pulling the waistband down, and I found myself constantly adjusting to keep things secure. So, for running? 1/10 just not functional for me. But for walking, errands, or lounging in a cute athleisure look? 10/10. The style is on point and the lightweight flow feels great in hot weather.
