@vickieheath1: I had a taste for seafood today, so I took a little drive to Galveston, TX for lunch at Nick’s Kitchen and Beach Bar off the Seawall and I wasn’t disappointed. The view of the beach was lovely, the food was delectable, and the service was top notch. Shout out to our server Alejandro C., who was truly on point! I started with crispy fried calamari and dipping sauce, sipped on a refreshing mojito, and for my entrée, redfish over creole rice topped with grilled shrimp, served with zucchini and squash.
