I can confirm that this will eat at the rust and will remove it pretty dang good! I used it for my cars undercarriage and removed it just left some spots where it was already eating at the metal

i will buy bottles of this right now if you spray it on plastic interior panels to clean them and then paint. I've had a hell of a time getting interior panels clean enough to paint without fish eyes and peeling
