I run a small software consulting agency I started 10 years ago. One of my clients is a multi-billion dollar company with 20+ brands, so it’s like managing 20 jobs at once. I build full platforms—web, mobile, backend—for all of them, solo. I’ve been doing it long before AI, but now it’s making me 10x faster—on top of already being a 10x dev. The only difference is it's on up and up. they are well fully aware that I'm one person. though at a time I think they thought I was lying and was more. they truly know now
