Stunning but it is easier when you didn’t gain menapause weight. I am turning 50 in a few months. I would not worry if I looked like you. Clearly you have great genetics and work out. I can’t seem to lose weight and I work out.

Time to embrace our 50s. I am ok being in my 50s but menopause really sucks. Put on weight without even doing anything different.... I just have to accept I am not my skinny self anymore.
