I need someone to talk to. I love playing volleyball but I'm really embarrassed about my skills. What if I lose, what will people think of me, etc. It's really hard for me. I have been playing volleyball for almost 2 years. I don't like to compete, for some reason I don't like it. Because I'm afraid of my coach. She's really angry. She always scolds me when I lose in one small thing. I even thought about quitting volleyball. But I couldn't give up because I had a dream of becoming an athlete. Every night before I go to bed, I wish I was better at this sport, I always tell myself to try my best before I start training but that is not enough. I just don't have confidence in myself. Lack of self-confidence has blocked my opportunities, and our team captain is really angry, help me guys.

tiap kali aku bilang, "Aku suka voli" langsung dibilang "wah bisa main voli ya" pdhl jangankan main voli, workout di rumah aja setengah mati menahan malaz🙂
