I would take them to a shoe repair shop and see their pricing for minor damages and barely if EVER wear them or sell them when repaired, it sucks tho :(

This is why I have decision fatigue when choosing “luxury” items. I remember checking out the composition of the FFs and although the bands are leather, the inside surface is PU which wears in no time. Ridiculous
