When I was a child, I had a cat named Kedi, which means "cat" in Turkish. I grew up with her. She always made you feel safe and loved, and she was always there for us whenever we were going through difficult times. We loved her more than anything. We even moved with her to a new house. She had liver disease, so we always had to give her special food for her liver. We actually never knew how old she was because she was a stray cat from Turkey. One day, we were all sitting in the kitchen, and Kedi kept meowing because she wanted to go outside. We didn't let her because she was getting older and could no longer clean herself properly. About ten minutes later, I went into the living room because everything had suddenly become so quiet. That's when I found her hanging from her scratching post. I was only 11 years old. I immediately ran to my parents, and later we buried her in our garden. To this day, I still think about her, and it's hard not to cry whenever I do. Just like today, when I heard your song, all the beautiful memories of her came rushing back. Thank you so much for releasing this song. It brought back all the love and memories I have of her, and I'll always be grateful for that.
