this is so much food though. I had a gastric bypass, I physically can't eat all this in a day and yet I have to eat more protein than a normal person. it's always a struggle

My grandma made me cottage cheese toast as a lill kid in the 70s so I made my kid that. When I started keto 14 years ago I gave up cottage cheese back then it was a no no ketonitem. Now Iโm low fat high protein GIVE ME ALL THE COTTAGE CHEESE LOL

1500 cal is under-eating for most people. Please go by your BMR (not bmi) plus your movement for tough daily cal intake. Also acknowledging the creator and appreciate the effort it takes to make a video and put together macros.
