I think sometimes us woman gets tired of running to court because some men just doesn't care about their kids so to avoid arguments over maintenance you just get him out of your life and your child and raise the child or children on your own nomatter how hard it is

Im not working he pays 3500 and the money is not enough cause the child needs has asd andnon-verbal he needs to attend creche which is 2900 can i go to court to ask for upgrade

My children's dad is R27 000 odd behind on his court ordered maintenance. I reported him to court but they haven't gotten back to me now my children are getting kicked out of school (private pre-school) eldest is supposed to go to grade 1 in 2026 what can I do ? I've tried calling but they don't answer.

my kids father pays R750 for 2 kids he was in a accident and still wait for road accident fund he's married now with another woman and when I brought up he must get disability from sassa she become very aggressive with me I must work for my kids alone and don't come by with the little I pay

Maintenance court is a joke going all through that admin only to rule out the Father has to pay R2000 to maintain a child mind you the school fees costs more than the maintenance order therefore the Mom needs to cover all costs

Mine she was doing 3rd year at UJ last year n de father was paying R750 a month wit no clothes money everything was on me n am not working even now cause my husband has to help her n as i speak wit u now i owe de Varsity more done 30.000 cause NSFAS didn't paid tuition fees for her final year n now she told de kids dat now she's finished de school he's no longer going to pay for maintenance n my daughter is not working she's busy looking for a Job n its now 5months without him paying he decided to stop paying without going to court n report ....But i dnt want to lie our South Afican courts fail us as mother
