We called them crunchies from Long John Silvers. (American fast food fish and chips restaurant.) They would give us a bag of them when we were in High School for free. 😂🥰

The best fish and chips I’ve had was in Plymouth England. I was very hungry and not knowing how big the fillets would be I ordered 3. It was served wrapped in a newspaper and the fillets were huge. I was able to eat it all but was totally stuffed. Best tasting fish ever. Good times.

girl you need to find a Long John Silver’s. it’s a fast food place. the will give you crunchies by the boxful. and despite what haters will say- ask the people who love it. it’s not quite like british fish and chips but if there’s one close to you i am sure that you would appreciate it
