I joined a billion mentorship programs. Networked on linked in and in person, applied to every internship under the sun (didn’t get any corporate ones so I did nonprofits), Used referrals went to career centers. The job market rn is just absolute trash. It’s so frustrating when you did everything right and see no results

I agree with all of this, especially networking cause I’m also shy. I graduated last year, and applying to jobs and getting rejected or ghosted is so draining 😭
