the hospital is in the right, years ago I was at phlebotomist, did that in northern Michigan, had to wait in the ER for over 3 hours for the officer to return with a warrant for the blood work for evidence. and she not stood her ground, the hospital would have been liable for multiple God knows how much

Io mi ricordo di questo caso, successe anni fa', non avevo saputo come si fosse conclusa. L' infermiera aveva rispettato il suo codice deontologico. Il poliziotto non poteva fare ciò che ha fatto!

Unfortunately, this is only too common behaviour by US police these days. It’s not only another reason why not to visit that country, it makes visitors from that country unwelcome abroad.

Shocking 😡. this lady is is doing her job going by the rules. pity the police don't do that, since they always say there doing there jobs & don't go by rules, now this lady could get mental health issues because of this!!!! hope the officers family see this

I remember this case, it happened years ago, I didn't know how it ended. The nurse had respected her code of ethics. The policeman couldn't do what he did!
