Turns out reverse push-ups don’t really hit the biceps like I thought 😅 They mainly work the rear delts, upper back and triceps. Appreciate everyone who pointed it out. Always learning!

Please 🙏🏻 please 🙏🏻 study basic antomy, the biceps originate from the scapula and insert on the ulna, doing a shoulder flexion movement the biceps get barely actuvated, but if at the same time you extend the elbow the muscle get lenghtend by the other end, so it does not contract at all, just curl some dumbell, it’s easier and more effective
