Makes: 8-10 portions Preparation Time : 10 minutes Cooking Time: N/A Ingredients: 130g Miso paste 2 tsp (10g) dashi powder 10g spring onion, chopped 6 tsp (4g) dried wakame Coating option: Sesame seeds Tenkasu (tempura balls) Any dry vegetables Method: 1. In a medium bowl, mix together the miso paste, dashi powder, spring onion and dried wakame until well combined. 2. Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions and roll into small balls. 3. Roll each miso ball in your preferred toppings, such as sesame seeds, furikake, or finely chopped dehydrated vegetables. 4. To serve, place one miso ball in a bowl or mug and pour over 200-250ml of hot water (use 200ml for a stronger flavor). Stir until dissolved and enjoy immediately. 5.
