@organickitchengardens: This is my new Nesco Food Dehydrator, link below. The apricots were washed, dried, sliced, then placed on the trays. The setting for fruit was 135°F and it recommended 8 to 16 hours. The apricot aroma was amazing. The dried apricots were put in bags with a date.
