I’ve noticed something weird on my shop account & wanted to test it out for myself. I had my mom order a coffee syrup from my showcase yesterday, and it doesn’t show up on my account. As if I didn’t sell anything at all. I sure hope it’s fixed before the days for you campaign

I went on Kalodata to compare it to TT, and some items/sales showed less there than what it showed on TikTok and visa versa. So, I don’t think that’s a very reliable source.

I KNOW I’m not getting paid and sales aren’t even showing up. I know because my sister orders from me and she sends me screenshots. I reached out to support and the seller, the seller showed me my data and the sales aren’t even there. Soooo????

To be fair, Kalo data and other services make estimated guesses. They can be close or very far off (I’ve checked them since like 2023 or 2024 when they launched, and it was like this)

ok so I'm wondering the same thing. one product according to TT I've sold 5 during live and none from videos but kalodata says I've sold 33. another product TT shows I've sold none and kalodata shows I've sold 9. so are we being robbed of our sales/commissions!?

During a two week period back in October, kalo had 1150 sales on one product and my TikTok analytics showed 139, sooooo yeah. If those numbers were correct, I am short about $9K in commissions for that product.
