I was gaining weight with my ex although non of my eating/moving habits have changed during that time. We broke up and I lost all extra weight less than in a month. But 6 months later we got back together again, and I noticed I started to gain weight again😳 we split for the second time, I shortly got fit again, called my power back, cut cords, heard from common friends his life started to fall apart slowly but surely…that’s scary🤯

saw this at 111 comments. i gained weight with my ex and literally lost and have kept off 10 lbs after him without even trying. i’ve always been quite small & now that you mention it i’ve only ever been big when i was around toxic partners bc i haven’t changed a thing!!

My husband is a sweet guy but he is a heart patient. I have been soooo incredibly stressed about all the surgeries and the heart pump that was put in. I have gained over a 100 lbs in 3 years. He is a good man but negative and depressed because of his health and now my health is a big concern. Don’t know what to do. 😑
