I hope y’all enjoy ! ✨ CHILI CRISP CHICKEN SALAD: What you’ll need: • 1 cup Chicken, cooked /shredded • 1-2 tbsp Chili crisp • 1.5 tbsp Mayo • 1 tbsp scallions • 1 tsp Sesame seeds • 1/4-1/2 tsp sugar of choice * I used golden monkfruit • Pinch of garlic powder -Mix everything together in a bowl. -Add more or less sugar based off of your preference. -Serve with seaweed and enjoy! #chickensalad #lunchidea

Strawberry Greek Yogurt Cake for back to school 📚🚌🍰 What you’ll need - 1½ cups all-purpose flour 1 cup rolled oats 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 2 eggs ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt ⅓ cup maple syrup ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted + slightly cooled 1 tsp vanilla extract 1½ cups diced strawberries Instructions - 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. Whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, greek yogurt, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined, then gently fold in the strawberries. 3. Spread into your prepared pan, adding a few extra strawberries on top. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
