All yall saying “this is their job!” and “it was last minute”. Okay, and?? they could’ve gone to some place that DOSENT close in a few minutes. They’re aware they’re inconveniencing these workers, literally said Taco Bell is open, why not go there instead?? And basically a catering order THROUGH the DRIVE THRU is rude on its own.

As kitchen staff and having 8 years of experience in that business. I’ll say this. As long as it’s not an hour before we close y’all didn’t do anything wrong. Being tired, sleepy, feet hurting, and all that. Doesn’t matter. We’re open for business and we will provide a service to our best ability. The only semantics/circumstances I see is being short staff and other vehicles behind y’all. 35 would be a good compromise. Just depends on the kitchen morale.
