This is not just acne, it’s a weak, damaged skin barrier. Here’s how I healed mine in 7 days without freaking out 👇 1. Stopped foundation and heavy makeup completely. If I really had to, just bb cream and nothing else 2. Swapped my cleansing oil for cleansing milk. This week is not about a deep clean, it’s about protecting the barrier first 3. Mornings: 2 days a gentle low pH water cleanser. 4 days just water 4. Took omega 3 and ate mostly veggies. Cut coffee, alcohol, anything spicy 5. No cotton pads, no masking, no tapping, none of the friction. Even when it itched and stung I kept my hands off and just swiped along the skin and let it dry between layers 6. Do not pick on breakouts. It’s so tempting but popping makes the PIE marks so much harder to deal with later. Calm it down with panthenol, ceramide, pdrn, egf.
