Herbalist here. Just to set realistic expectations, for the majority of people, this will not help pain like the ibuprofen its name suggests. While those herbs have some properties (there really are much better ones) that are anti-inflammatory, any pain relief would be from *some* inflammatory relief. It doesn't inhibit pain receptors like ibuprofen. The compounds in white willow bark actually inhibit those receptors. I'd add some of that and also work in some turmeric and ginger into your regimen if you want significant anti-inflammatory pain relief.

I can't see what actions of dandelion root would be useful as a herbal anti-inflammatory or for pain relief. There are much more suitable herbs for that...
