My advice is to use Differin gel, Cica Plast La Roche-Posay, and myrrh toner for the pimples, as it is a plant.

Girl I’ve been suffering from acne since 9yo ( nearly 19 now ), I’ve struggled finding a good foundation and now I only buy the NARS soft matte foundation, it’s really covering, and don’t feel too heavy and everything, you should try it !

I also struggled with acne (in 2023) but I started taking seamoss, using salt water daily and found a cleanser that my skin “liked” and my skin started to clear fast. Idk what you have tried but I doubt it would hurt if you haven’t. Please ignore my comment if you feel it comes off a certain way 🫶🏻
