Ingredients: 1 kg fresh potatoes, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons butter, 3 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, fresh rosemary, fresh parsley, grated parmesan cheese. Side dishes: fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, corn on the cob, onions, bell peppers, ranch sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce. Preparation: Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thick strips. Soak the potato strips in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then dry them completely. Mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder and onion powder to make the seasoning. Coat the potato strips evenly with the seasoning and place them on a baking tray or fry them until golden and crispy. Cook until the fries become crispy outside and soft inside. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary, parsley and parmesan cheese before serving. Serve the homemade crispy fries with fresh vegetables, ranch sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce and traditional American countryside side dishes.
