I chop up basil and put it into ice cube mould with olive oil/ stock or something similar and then when you’re cooking you can just take one out and put it in the food

Basil I get rid of it in a ratatouille- problem solved if you’re also inundated with courgettes! Also you can dry them in the oven and store like shop bought, alternatively make herb ice cubes and freeze them for when you want to chuck in a spaghetti bolognaise/tomato soup or something ❤️
