I'm 54, I can probably count on 1 hand how many times the weather was predicted correctly. from Wisconsin we've had over a foot of snow predicted and got nothing, we've also had sun predicted and received over a foot of snow. the notional weather service has, nor have they ever had a clue on what the weather is going to do.
