I don't think Gordon would insult you for having an opinion. He appreciates those who have an actual talent for cooking, and knows others have different opinions on their favourite foods. If anything, he'd probably ask what your favourite dish would be and collaborate with you. He's a nice guy just using the yelling to motivate other chefs to be at the top of their game.

Actually I think it was a lobster ravioli that is most associated with Gordon Ramsay especially when he was actually in fine dining. It has been featured on his flagship Restaurant Gordon Ramsay menu since he opened it in 1998 and I believe it is still on the menu well after the place won 3 Michelin Stars in 2001.
