Based on current evidence and expert consensus: There’s no solid, trustworthy proof that EMF protection stickers reliably reduce radiation exposure in a meaningful or health-relevant way. The claims of “99% blocking” or “neutralizing harmful frequencies” are mostly unsupported by rigorous peer-reviewed studies. If you’re concerned about exposure, more reliable methods are to reduce usage, increase distance (e.g. use speakerphone or wired headsets), and use adoption of shielding solutions that are physically meaningful (like shielding fabrics, Faraday cages, etc.), but even those have tradeoffs and must be used properly.
