I have that exact same car. transmission does the same thing, usually at very light throttle. it's in the torque converter and isn't a serious issue, more annoying than anything. been doing that for 4 years

My wife’s CRV did this. Changed trans fluid then did it again few hundred miles later. Made a huge difference. HAVE TO USE HONDA FLUID

Hondas are also extremely picky about power steering fluid. Has to be honda brand, or it'll foam and overflow. Happened on my.06 accord. switched to honda fluid, no problems ever again
