I got fired from my job 3 weeks ago because I used my sick time..... without giving them two weeks heads up. they were writing me up for being literally a minute and 2 minutes late. as a single mom I am scared my kids and I are going to be homeless. im struggling to find a job. :-( I documented everything they did too.

Have you asked who is consistently complaining about you? Because I’m pretty sure if the same person or people are complaining over and over again you have a right to face the people that are complaining about you. You need to start looking into some of the labor laws where you’re at because something about this is fucked up. Hope they get better for you kiddo. 💚

Im sorry you're dealing that bullshit. Ive had jobs like that, they're draining. as someone who also lives in maga country, my petty ass would start dressing as "professional" as I could. stay off my phone, not do anything but stand behind the desk & look pretty & do my job & give them absolutely nothing they could complain about until I found another job. two can play this game imo lol
