@jaime_krzos: Vintage shop in Kappabashi Street in Asakusa. We got a ton of art prints that we plan to hang in our home. The owners are so sweet and very welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! 📍Takenokodo, 3 Chome-17-13 Matsugaya, Taito City, Tokyo 111-0036, Japan #tokyothrift #tokyo #tokyotravel #visittokyo #visitjapan #japantravel #tokyoantiques #thriftingintokyo #thrifttokyo #tokyoshopping

Hi! I’ve tried to find this in maps and am struggling. Nothing is coming up with I search “Takenokodo Asakusa Japan” either.

Japanese prints are the best ugh

marthrr :

ah. i think those prints there are called "shikishi boards". the golden borders on them are what is usually distinct about them.

yesheng16797 :

Totally agree! Those prints just hit different... can't wait to hunt for more gems!

luchi :

this is store is very expensive and overpriced! If you are interested in real images with fair prices I highly recommend going to Hara Shobo and Soumei-do Gallery! There is much more art and good prices 💘
