ughhhh yes!!! every part of this is a yes!!! but a part of me feels so bad for that inner child that was abused physically or mentally. I know it's not my job pr place to heal them . I am free and I am thriving but a piece of me feels guilty for just leaving them to their own devices even if I would never go back.

Am I narcissist I would call him him abusive because I really thought he was but I thought he was the narcissist. I asked my therapist and she said no ? I look within and question myself quite often and then I pray and feel better

He recently came back and and told me he never felt safe in our relationship. The same man who begged to get back with me after I briefly broke up with him, and who I recently learned had been cheating on me for years. They will ALWAYS find a way to be the victim.

a few months before i finally had the strength to stand up for myself. my ex bsf got hammered (i don’t drink which bothered her) she looked at me and told me she cant stand being in the same room as me because no one looks at her when im around. that was may. in october i finally said i have had enough. youre mad i quite literally exist now that im happy not miserable by divorce. she thrived when i got divorced.
