in the central regions of Somalia most the Wells in use today were dug by the Ajuran Sultanade, what is amazing about this wells is ithat impossible to dig by hand because the bedrock is strong the only thing can penetrate is diamond tipped rigs. and the depth is 400 to 500 meters. How they did is still a mystery.
