I just switched from Mobil 1 extended performance to Pennzoil ultra platinum, it seems like the engine is somewhat smoother and the oil is staying clean and holding its life longer

You seem to really know your stuff when it comes to oil so I have a few questions if you don't mind answering them. I just bought a brand new 2026 chevy 2500hd 6.6 gas. I plan on draining the break in oil at 700 miles. I am wanting to run from there on out valvoline extended or pennzoil platinum. I want to run dexos gen3 approved for now because of factory warranty. Which of these 2 would be better? I will be changing every 4000 miles no matter what. Truck is not a daily driver so may only change 2 to 3 times a year maybe. I will be towing a 6500lb travel trailer a couple of times a year and a 5000lb bay boat. I plan to hold on to this truck a very long time. Would love to hear your thoughts and advice. Thank you in advance.
