i have both legs and use a chair, chronically ill with lots of fatigue, no shame in a chair if it helps you!!! its a resource to help your life 😄

Honestly as a wheelchair user with a detachable I just sit on the ground unless I’m washing my hair and that’s only because I need help

I have been doing seated showers forever even though I don't have any disabilities. they're just easier. you don't have to stand in a sauna
