Arches term is up in 2027, and I believe it is Jay Jackson that is running to replace that seat. That doesn’t help now, but I’ve started my spreadsheet on candidates as they announce.

The speaker prioritizes bills. Whereas the other senators get one priority bill, the speaker gets 25 priority bills. That’s why it looks like he introduces less. He also sets the agenda so he has a ton of influence in what gets passed.
