Since playing sims 2 again, I've enjoyed the extra challenge of moving into homes that only have the basic utilities in place. Just creates the extra growth for the sim as the house changes and fills around them

I’d recommend the real estate mod so your sims can go to houses and see them before buying them, IF you’re into that sort of gameplay of course. I love it so much
