I am Afro-Latino I don't kno allot of Spanish but I've worked in framing construction and basically it's a Mexican's world basically I've learned from experiences how hard and how much I had to fight against them to earn my respect because if you are not like them or look like them they don't like you they'll do everything to disown you or get you from working or being friends anything from their family,friends, ect. it's all bout themselves.
