That's literally a restaurant that only takes normal reservations, not catered parties/banquets or whatever. The contract shouldn't exist, they should just say we do table service for reservations and that's it 😂

I *need* to know where that 25% grat goes when people cancel, because even if you do it before the 90 days, since it’s required up front, you are still paying half of that grat too. I highly doubt the wait staff gets a dime. 😒😒😒

Look up the business registration and track the owners - I guarantee they have ZERO prior restaurant or venue experience and have built their business plan specifically to meet immediate profit goals and not growth goals.
