I used to just set a 24 timer when I took the bc in the states and then reset the 24h timer every time it went off and I took my pill bc I didn’t trust myself to calculate the time zones correctly

I used to do this but then I realized that was literal thinking and I just started taking it in the morning when I wake up, regardless of time zone. Better to take it daily and be a little off on travel day than to keep forgetting or stressing the whole trip 😌

Best thing I’ve ever done is get sterilized, because now when I take my pill (to avoid periods and control acne) I don’t have to do weird time change things with it when I travel!

try a timezone generator thing. I worked for an international company and used one for free you just gotta Google it.

I took 2 pills in one day accidentally because I didn’t take into the account the time change. No vacation babies for me instead, the day before my period, I was aggressively crying over literally nothing at one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy. 🤭🤭🤭🤭
