anyone that has been to prison, automatically has their DNA taken upon release from prison, once it is on file they don't need a warrant they already have it, which dude is correct, they already have it, so why go through this unless something isn't right! my DNA is on file 3 times each time I was released they took my DNA and you can't refuse it or you won't be released
