Ingredients: Egg wash 3 rice paper sheets 150g mince 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp tomato paste 1/4 red onion Burger cheese Pickles, diced Quickly dip each rice paper sheet into egg wash and layer one top top of the other, half overlapping. Sprinkle on mince, pickles and burger cheese. Gently peel the rice paper and roll over the top of the filling. Fold in both sides and continue to roll tightly.
