At 08:49 BST on 7 July 2005, three bombs exploded on Tube trains at Aldgate, Edgware Road and Russell Square. A fourth device detonated on a bus in Tavistock Square an hour later. Today, 52 silver pillars stand in Hyde Park — a tribute to every life lost.
