I had to laugh. I thought I had every gadget. It’s amazing how we all think we buy everything to stop this damn Pain my main thing is my freezer is filled with different types of ice packs plus everything else you got lol.

Did your spinal stimulator help? I had one but got a Steph infection almost died with in a month . It was removed since then seen many people get them but they don’t help

Oh I need that belt! I so many of the same things and so many more lol. I also go to the tanning bed which does help cause of the red light therapy.

How does the spinal cord stimulator do for you? I have multiple sclerosis and was told by neurologist that adding extra electric shock to nerves that are already in the midst of being eaten by my immune system would be bad idea.

A couple things I haven’t seen mentioned… I have a VibroAcoustic seat back which is like sitting against a bass speaker. And I sing on really bad pain days because it seems to help.

I need what you have, I have a heating pad, and I take Epsom salt baths at least 3 days a week, I didn't know about Epsom salt roll on. I haven't tried pain patches wasn't sure if they would mess with pain medication.

😂😂😂😂😂if I got all my things out we could open a store. I use my ice pack daily Ali g with heating pad. I also have rice bag for microwave, tens unit, seat heat and massager, Epsom salts, lidocaine cream and patches, etc
