that happened to me a few yrs ago and I started walking immediately after as well I only rested one day and it took over a yr to actually not feel any sort of pain on my ankle anymore 🥲 ice it and elevate it when you can don’t me like me! 😭

Adulting is awful 😭 get some rest, don’t want to make it worst, happened to me 2 years ago and took couple weeks to heal

my foot is a bit swollen after i rolled my ankle and when i rolled it i heard a crack, it happend while i was dancing

fell from 2 scaffolds and fucked up my ankles, I should've gone to the hospital to get it fixed but didn't, I let time "heal it", but I can honestly say that I wish I didn't and I would've gone to the hospital
